Tasting Notes:

The color: Clear golden color with light amber hues.

Nose: Light floral notes tending towards yellow flowers (jasmine, honeysuckle...) and black tea at first. Then citrus fruits intervene with subtle notes of orange peel blending wonderfully with spicy vanilla notes.

In the mouth: Elegant and well-balanced structure revealing delicate notes of white pepper and nutmeg, followed by sweet citrus notes.

A long and round finish tending towards sweet vanilla notes.

Associations : A de Fussigny Sélection cognac can be enjoyed dry, on the rocks and in cocktails.
