Ageing : Blend of 35 years old eaux-de-vie (harvest 1984, 1985 and 1987) in oak barrels (XO regulations : 10 years minimum).
Tasting notes :
Nose : Spicy, notes of orange, vanilla and prune. Notes of chocolate. Rich and complex.
Palate : Complex, notes of dried fruits, sweet spices and pepper, woody notes. Powerful on the palate.
Finish : Very good length.
Consumption : Digestive only, power and complexity particularly appreciated by spirits lovers.
