Description
A blend of grape must (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties) and Cognac, our Pineau des Charentes rosé is fresh and delicious.
Matured on the lees in old Cognac casks. Ageing during 5 years.

A perfect accompaniment to melon and a few thin slices of local ham.
Serving suggestions : As a chilled aperitif (refrigerator temperature) with prunes cooked in lard. It goes perfectly with pheasant with grapes, Auvergne blue cheese and all chocolate desserts such as a good chocolate fondant.
