An old gold color, amber yellow

In the nose, plum, honey, a balanced rancio; a fine nose very melted

On the palate, yellow fruits (peaches, apricot), gingerbread, honey, nuts, acacia flowers; a good balance and length

Very round as an aperitif, but also goes perfectly with foie gras and all desserts
