Tasting notes :

Colour : straw yellow with golden highlights.

Nose : elegant yet powerful with notes of spring flowers, vanilla, fresh fruit and white pepper.

Palate : lively and smooth with floral and fruity notes, dried lime blossom, vine blossom and vanilla.

Cru : Grande Champagne, 1st of the Cognac AOC.

Terroir : located in the heart of the Cognac region, Grande Champagne is considered the most prestigious terroir. Its chalky soil, composed mainly of soft limestone, promotes excellent drainage and slow maturation of the eaux-de-vie. These characteristics allow Cognac from this region to develop great finesse, floral elegance and exceptional ageing potential.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing :  on average 8 years in French oak barrels.

Serve as an aperitif, with or without ice. In cocktail with lemonade or fruit juice (mango, orange, banana).
